Return Policy
Quality Issues
If your foam wall decor arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement.
Change of Mind
Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or if you simply don't like how it looks. Please review your artwork choice, orientation, and size carefully before ordering.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to send a replacement.
How to Request a Return
Email us with your order number and photos showing the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.
